about your hosts
This is a collaboration between three WNC business women: Lindsay Johnson, Shelby Graves, and Auburn Lily. Learn more about each of us below <3
Lindsay, of Willbloom Books
Willbloom Books is dedicated to nurturing a love of literature for the Weaverville community. We believe a bookshop should be more than a place to buy books - it should be a space where everyone feels welcome to explore, dream, and find themselves within the pages. Whether you're seeking adventure, romance, a spark of inspiration, or simply a quiet moment among stories, you'll find it here. Learn more about Willbloom Books (and get your copies of ACOTAR!)
Auburn Lily ✧ Healing Arts
My heart found its home in Appalachia in 2009. A dormant mystic, the magick in these mountains awakened me from my spiritual slumber. Introverted by nature, for years I tended to my craft in the shadows. In late 2017, I found myself answering a new and exciting call, to share my magick, and most importantly, to inspire others to do the same. Now a published author and intuitive astrologer, I offer ritualized astrological wayfinding on my podcast INNER ORBIT + our community space, the crystalline coven.
Kiersten, of TheCottageHare
TheCottageHare was borne of Kiersten’s lifelong penchant for three things: cultivating kinship, venerating and honoring ancestry and finding magick in the mundane. If there’s one common thread to be found among them, it’s stories.
Whether documented in writing or passed down through generations via oral tradition, stories have the power to connect us—to one another, to generations that came before us and to those who will come after.
As an author working on her first novel, Kiersten is especially delighted to be participating as a host for the Asheville ACOTAR Book Club, where she gets to celebrate one of her favorite kinds of magick—the kind that happens when stories bring people together.
